Below are items which have been demonstrated through scientific or clinical studies to have significant positive effects on obesity. These are provided for educational and research purposes only.   • Ashwaganda (for weight management under chronic stress)
  • Huang Qi San (astralagus, kudzu root, and mulberry leaf)
